We value your time, as well as our teachers' time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please call at least 24 hours prior to class. If class is missed without prior notice, prepayment for any further classes may be required.
To ensure each customer recieves the best yarn possible, all sales are final on yarns.
Up to 2 skeins of yarn may be wound as a complimentary service at time of purchase.
Sale or clearance yarns are ineligible for winding. We cannot wind any yarn that was not purchased at our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
We all need help sometimes! We offer two designated drop-in help times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4 pm for help that requires 5ish minutes of time. We kindly ask that you call ahead of time to make an appointment if you need help beyond 5 minutes. We want to make sure you get the time and attention you deserve!

Open Craft Times: Come sit and knit or crochet for a couple of hours with some like minded people - socialize, make friends!
Classes: Schedule a class for some one-on-one instruction time - knit or crochet
KAL/CAL: Knit-A-Long/Crochet-A-Long with a small group all working on the same project. (To Be Scheduled By The Shop) (Does Not Include Instruction)
